Wertheim SoCo (Social Connections) Event

Billy Wilder’s One, Two, Three (1961) is an uproarious Cold War satire, offering devastating critiques of both factions with an effortless touch and a powerhouse performance from James Cagney. It is outrageously funny, and is also particularly interesting as it was shot in Berlin literally a few weeks before the Berlin Wall went up.

It will be shown on Thursday December 4th at 2.30pm in the foyer of the Baptist Church, Godmanchester. Some rather special German refreshments will be served. The cost is £5 per person, to help towards the expense of the film licence and refreshments.
